Today I took a cab from Link cars Cars in Ealing and it took them about 5 mins to come to me. The car was really clean and the driver was extremely polite. The operators are very friendly to talk to. Besides, they have recommended me to use the app which is 10% cheaper. Very easy to use and you can track your vehicle and it shows the picture of the driver and his car Reg. number. I am really pleased with this service, I recommend it to everyone in the Ealing area.

Absolutely disgraceful. Took my boyfriends phone off him and refused to give it back till he had been paid. Awful driving and swearing at passers by and his passenger. Tried to file a formal complaint and was given a load of excuses and called a liar. Will be speaking to the manager to file a formal complaint. Disgusting behaviour.

I never usually write reviews but really they made me do this one, AMAZING service & very well mannered driver, took me to heathrow terminal 4..very reasonable price, helped me with my luggage & got me exactly on time, i ended up giving him a good tip, very professional staff. thinking to open an account with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I used this cab office to return home to Staines on Saturday night. a 30 drive away. I managed to leave my I phone in the cab and didnt notice until i got in doors they cab office was really helpful, they contacted the driver and he bought it back to my address the next day! I thought it was gone for good! great service! thank you very much!!
