West Country Fires was established in 1980 by Martin Ward who to this day remains the driving force behind our success. The company strongly reflects the personality, ethics and professionalism of our founder.

Exceptional service and the best price. We recently purchased a Radiance Wall Mounted LED Fire. The fire was not in stock at the time and we were provided with a temporary fire, at no cost to us, to tide us over during a very cold spell until the fire we had purchased arrived. The service we received throughout the whole period was tip top and we could'nt have asked for any better. The fire, which we received a week or so ago, is now installed and working perfectly. It was significantly cheaper than anyone else we tried. We cannot recommend West Country Fires enough.

Took my very elderly parents to buy a fire and the gentleman who served us was SO good with them. He even delivered it and installed it (even though we had agreed to do that ourselves). Good old fashioned customer service at its best - they deserve a gold star.

Liked it so much we bought another one! Fabulous knowledge and attentive service you just don't get from a large retailer. Not to mention the expert fitting. 5 star from start to finish

We had a Parkray wood burner installed complete with flue and granite hearth in September this year. Professional service from start to finish by Martin, Harry and the team. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone wishing to have a fire installed.

Conflicted. Nice showroom. However they forgot about our enquiry to order. We rang them a day later and they had no record so repeated our order again to them. Quite unprofessional. Suffice to say we found the same thing cheaper elsewhere instead
