Totally unacceptable rude service by Chloe Kinge! Never have I come across such behaviour in any other Poundstretcher store ever - if you don't like the diversity, respect your job role and politely use your P's & Q's : I'm a paying customer and I expect to be gIven a polite, courteous service.
Can't believe they've got rid of the food!! And the pet food!! Literally the only reason I went here was for the food and bird seed. And seeds but there is still a gardening section but no seeds to be seen today anyway but possibly just not stocking as nearly autumn. Rest of the shop is plasticky and cheap. No incentive to go in now. I did make my feelings known to 2 staff members who not only agreed but said food was their biggest seller...so I hope a reverse decision is imminent.
It is what it is, functional & great value for money. Unfortunately they don't seem to do ANY food now?? So I couldn't get the 1 item they used to stock. Nothing wrong with the store though!
Great range of stuff at good prices well worth a visit if you need something and don't want to pay a lot ... do things for the house, cleaning, garden, animals and family all at cheap prices
Good place to visit and look round. You always fne something to buy. And reasonable price
Some very good prices. Not as good as it used to be. After the other shops stopped them from selling food and pet items, but they have pulled it together well.
Love the shop, value for money, new products and different ones change every week. I never get bored looking around the store you'll always find something new that you didn't see the last time you visited the store. Thank you.
Friendly helpful staff. Well stocked now. The new manager has made a real difference to the shop.
One guy with long shaggy hair, tall, messy looking who worked there was so incredibly rude to me. Shouted at me in front of customers for not following the one way system. Bloody jobs worth. Horrible person. So unprofessional.
Despite the social distance measures, I'm really thankful that in the way this store has taken the measures being an anxious person with shopping, I managed to get everything I needed without having to walk out of the store leaving it behind as I so often have recently. So Thank you
