Very friendly and helpful staff who made sure the new bike was set up for us to ride that day. Great discount on the bike so highly recommend. The shop had a great range of accessories and different styles of bikes. Medium size carpark at the front which can be a bit tricky to get in and out of as it is a busy main road with limited drop down curb.
Absolutely first class!! Picked up my new bike this week. Store is lovely and inviting with a great range of bikes and accessories. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who took plenty of time to make sure I knew how to use all the features before I left. They even stayed after closing as I was held up in traffic. Thank you for a great experience.
Louis was fantastic today helping me order new parts for my 20 year old brakes. They went above and beyond today, the best customer service I have received in a very long time, can’t recommend them enough! Will be using them again
BRILLIANT service. From my first online enquiry about buying the bike, through to delivery was 5*****. I asked many questions and all were answered in a timely manner and on point and the bike is just perfect. It was faultless service and even delivered the day that suited my availability. I’ve been using 99 cyclesnfor a couple of years. I’ve found staff to be friendly & helpful. The work they carry out is always to high quality & at a reasonable price. When I took in a bike recently that was beyond repair they were kind enough to not charge me labour charges. They also have a rewards scheme which is unusual for this type of shop.nnI’ll be continuing to use them & highly recommend them to others.
