Won't last if they keep promising something is ready to collect on order then when you pay say it is not ready. Not good enough, Amazon will take over of they keep this up. The only USP for Argos and they don't deliver. Must do better.
I went in to the totton store on Monday, around 3pm. I was provided excellent customer service by 'Nikki' who was very patient and helpful. Well done and I look forward to using my new purchase
Warning they do not accept returns when the item is unused, fully working aand resealable. Amazon is a much better choice. They will be out of business very soon treating customers poorly.
Went to the Totton store on the 29th to pick up a trampoline - Gavin the store manager could not have been more helpful, when we realised it didn’t fit in the car - great service all round, brilliant customer service that was completely unprompted and was totally genuine
Incomplete orderpart missing . Website directed me to phone the call centre which was a waste of time as they referred me to local store. When I got through to Totton spoke to Gavin who could not have been more professional and helpful. Argos HQ in my experience is staffed by numpties but the local store has friendly, cheerful and efficient staff.
