Untrained staff who dont know about distance selling rules and actively flout them. Asked if they were the manager and they replied yes until the manager came in the afternoon.nnI went to another store and had the issue resolved but honestly has left a bitter taste about Argos's returns policy and I will avoid as a whole from now on as you can't easily inspect items instore before purchase as its a warehouse.
Joe - very quick to respond to my query and resolved it immediately. He also checked my goods and spotted a damaged item and replaced it straight away. 5 star service - Well done Joe!
Won't last if they keep promising something is ready to collect on order then when you pay say it is not ready. Not good enough, Amazon will take over of they keep this up. The only USP for Argos and they don't deliver. Must do better.
I went in to the totton store on Monday, around 3pm. I was provided excellent customer service by 'Nikki' who was very patient and helpful. Well done and I look forward to using my new purchase
Wouldn't refund a faulty product as I had lost a single plastic cable tie from the packaging.
