Not helpful, bought something doesn’t realise return item from different branch n refused for the exchange, have to go back where u buy. luckily get exchange from different branch without asking a question. Young Lady staff look different to us when I walk in for some misunderstanding for the first time my brother work in. If Argos refuses to exchange pls clearly inform all ur customers before selling return item to avoid going back 30mile for £10.
They No longer stock thermal paste, another wasted journey :- Oh, and neither do Currys, there's is only available to purchase online.nShame the web searches are misleading.
It's a lot quieter than it used to be.nI don't really use it anymore. I preferred it when they had catalogues...it gave the children a chance to have a proper look and choose their own Christmas presents or just to help them to think about what they'd like.nIt's not the same, less packed I suppose.
My wife bought an iron from here at £149. We got home and noticed the box was slightly damaged, then the iron was not packaged well so must of been a return. It does not work properly so now have to deal with taking it back. Not impressed, clearly the quality control is not the best.
Female manager Sheri is lovely, easy to talk to and very polite. And on the plus side very good looking as well
