I phoned the shop and ordered and paid for a "Where's Wally" hat and glasses in the morning. When I went to collect after work they had closed the shop due to a family emergency. I called the mobile number they had left on the door, and the lady promptly arranged for another lady to drive to the shop to open up just for me to collect £8 worth of goods so as not to let my son down the following day. Amazing customer service! 😃 So happy, will definitely recommend and use them for all things dressing up in future!

Great shop and such helpful staff. Last year we needed a very last minute Halloween costume for my son, my partner literally ran in at closing time and luckily they still had one. Another time I (stupidly) brought a balloon on amazon and went to the shop to fill it, had I gone straight to the shop it would have been cheaper than amazon and then to the shop. Lesson learnt, forget the big companies and go support your local businesses. Staff were so friendly and helpful, you end up feeling like their old friends rather than someone you've only just met, don't get that from amazon 😉 all in all a great little asset to the area.

I've used this shop on numerous occasions. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are all extra helpful, will offer ideas and if they don't have what you want in stock(which is highly unlikely) they get it in for you asap! I regularly buy party supplies,balloons & fancy dress and have used all shops in and around Southampton and now would never go elsewhere! Unlike other similar shops the provide everything at a good price without compromising on the quality 😊

Am amazing selection of the most unusual costumes with extremely the most imaginative and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them to find exactly wat you're looking for. In fact IF IT'S NOT IN FANCY PANTS IT DOES NOT EXIST..... !!!! Simples. Cannot wait for Halloween !
