Have had a lot of dealings with Rosmellyn over the last two weeks as my relative, who is in their 90s, has been unwell.They seem to have a real team approach, the staff have all been professional friendly and helpful especially receptionist Rosie who is particularly reliable and has followed through with what she says she will do. This has been essential to me as I live in the Midlands.nRosemellyn doctors made an urgent home visit and have avoided admission so far with a referral to Home First. Thank you all.
I’m not local to this practice, but staying at a friend’s who is registered there. I visited today to have my post op wound checked. I called on Friday and was given a Tuesday appointment. Very kind and friendly nurse who offered to check it again before I leave in few days time. Thank you.
A really good doctors surgery . Very glad I have moved over to them . Secatarys are helpful and friendly.nAnd so are rhe doctors
I am absolutely disappointed with the work of the reception today. Due to the train strike and the late bus, I arrived 25 minutes late. Before I asked to warn the physiotherapist that I would be late. The receptionist didn't let me see the doctor even though I said I had strong back pain. Of the several times I was received on time only once, although I always arrived on time. And when I was late once, I was denied a visit. Now I am suffering from pain, which has been exacerbated by the fact that I ran from the station trying to get to surgery as soon as possible. I do not think that the receptionist should decide whether to let the patient in or not without checking with the doctor.
