Had a new alarm fitted in Spring 2022. Salesman was polite and knowledgeable, and was able to fit us in for installation prior to our holiday. The installer was first class, and made a clean and tidy job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Only one slight niggle. The company sends out the service invoice before an appointment is made.
Brilliant work. Fixed my mum and dad's lock better than it was ever fixed when the door was first brand new. It was always stuck. They sorted it out and they still used the same key. Evertime I go round their house I can't believe how easy the lock is thank you so much
Brilliant service, and extremely rapid response when our fire alarm had malfunctioned.
