Garage never has any stock in for ‘meal deals’ literally 1-2 different sandwich’s, and that’s if the garage is even open. Staff in the main store really have a ‘idgaf’ attitude. Most are younger and on their phones on the shop floor, ignoring customers at self scan and wearing jogging bottoms or jeans. I worked at tescos a few years ago and we had to wear proper uniform and phones in the lockers. Maybe management needs looking in to.
Dirty self check out areas. I did mention it to a staff member but she just had excuses and no action was taken. She had time to chat with colleagues though and stand around. I struggled to find a clean area to put my basket.
5* to the staff Kim & Philly on the self-checkout tils who noticed that I twice in a row accidentally left my pool cue behind after paying for my shopping and put it aside for safe-keeping. I really thought I was looking at buying a new one. Fabulous service - thanks!nnAnd I promise to do my very best not to repeat the error.
The shop is like any other but the garage is usually under stocked. It's quite normal to be missing many lines mostly around the meal deal.nYou just can't trust them to have any kind of selection on the shelves and usually, like today there is nothing savoury apart from, genuinely a couple of pasta salads.nI'm forced to shop elsewhere
