On the surface James is a very nice fellow. The problem is he doesn't ever pick up his phone and rarely returns calls. I have had issues with my Mac system that have meant he has had to come back a few times. He now won't pick up the phone, which is frustrating. Ostrich syndrome... Very disappointing.
