I was very disappointed with the attitude of the woman on the till at the Shaftesbury BHF shop. I had just cleared out all of my late father's clothes which I found particularly difficult and entered the store with his clothes. She just looked at me and said put them the blue box. No thank you or even a hello. I left the shop feeling very upset. I deliberately chose the British Heart Foundation charity to donate his belongings to as he had left money in his will to them because of the fantastic work that they do and that his life had been saved twice by heart surgery. All I all, not a great experience.
