It was wonderful experience first time I went to Wendy’s, we traveled from Manchester as well, but everything was so wholesome.nStaff are amazing, friendly, and welcoming, they were helpful and patient when I ask to change the kids toy, it means the world to me. Also they picked up the phone call when I called them twice before I came and I felt so welcome and can’t wait to visit them.nDue to the heat wave today, staff also offered free ice cream which was the loveliest thing ever… I honestly love Liverpool and the people here. I would recommend everyone to come here:
I ordered halloumi as I am a vegetarian and dont eat meat...both my wraps were chicken. I feel sick, I bit into the wrap expecting my halloumi but turned out to be chicken. This is a serious safety issue as eating meat as a non meat eater can make you sick. I feel let down seriously.
This was my first and last visit to Wendy’s.nThe staff tried to serve me old food – the potatoes and the burger were not fresh.nAt the soda dispenser, the cola was mostly water about 85% water and only 15% syrup.nThe location was in a very poor condition – there was dirt on the floor, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.nThe experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected.
Haven't had Wendy's since i was in Canada, many moons ago. Just as good as i remember...nMarvelishous... Square burger patties, & propher fresh cut salad... Even the lightly salted fries were good. Went drive thru, so can't really comment on the atmosphere... & A Popeye's Chicken opposite... Far to tempting, maybe nex time..
Opened couple of months ago american chain, we got to try it. Place was really clean, staff - especially Julietta very helpful and polite. Burgers were prepped fresh, with square patties with hint of smoke, meaty and good quality. Vegies fresh and crunchy and buns held contents together to the end. Pleasant experience, we'll be back for more.
