Love taco from restaurant, But stopped eating it as I only order from home now. And taco bell delivery in kirkby is awful always cold, always wrong and all over bag. Many occasions I've put in bin. And drivers don't care just tell you to complain. Maccies is OK cold taco defo not..I'm done with taco bell now shame really. Delivery has killed tacobell in my area and they can't see it. Good experience and my food was tasty. Staff were very polite and cheery. I had a crispy chicken burrito meal and I enjoyed it, just enough for lunch. The surrounding area is a building site at the moment so it was a bit difficult to get to the drive through. But once that's done I can't see a problem. I would go here again, worth a visit cos there aren't many taco bell locations. I asked for a large drink but they aren't doing them at the moment so I got given a can of Pepsi Max. Just be aware of that if you choose to go.
Been to this location multiple times and EVERY visit has had incorrect/missing items. When asking for no lettuce they always add it, they've also forgotten full items in the past like a crunchy taco. I understand the odd honest mistake but this I'm afraid has been every visit.nnOrdered from them via uber today and now HALF of the order is missing. And fries were added which weren't ordered. I don't know whats going on with this location but this has been disappointing too many times. Will be going to others in future. Please double check your orders before leaving the shop.
As nice as the food is they always forget items in your order. The staff are completely unenthusiastic about their job and look miserable. They're having to prioritise Delivery orders over people inside and at the drive-thru and I waited 35 mins for my food when I was inside. The place is soulless.
As a person who has a huge following on social media’s I go and review food and the atmosphere of places that people recommend me. I can in today Friday 26th April at around 12pm. The girl on the till had glasses and medium build wasn’t welcoming and snarled me when I came up to the till to order something. No manners and the whole kitchen staff stare at customers and delivery drivers uncomfortably. Very negative atmosphere food is amazing but the staff need training on customer service
