Don't bother ordering from these guys....waited two hours and said they had delivered...no food.....either you have a thief in your mists, or your delivery driver can't read a map....Chimps could run it better

got two quarter pounders and it was as if the pattys were made of salt. was unedible. fries are usually rubbery too and ironically rarely salted. way too many little kids congregating outside too which is off putting. gonna have to find a more demure mcdonalds. stay away from this one.

There is always something wrong with your order at this McDonald's.nI hate to leave a negative review but the management seriously need to pull their socks up/turn over better managers.nTreated myself to a one off maccies for my birthday yesterday. Waited at the window for 15 minswith no updates , I actually don't mind waiting as you assume your food is going to be hot and fresh.nAfter the long wait there were NO condiments on my philly cheesestack burger. None. Just 2 burgers and cheese. And my chips were stale and not even warm, never mind hot.nDon't even know why I wasted my money.nI've been to this maccies about 5 times since it opened, and every visit there's always something missing from the order, or they don't have staple items. The one time they did have what I wanted, the quality was awful and got a different burger to what I ordered.

The 1* rating is because they don't go below, I would definitely give it a -10* for service, ordered twice for delivery and each time the most popular burger missing on both orders, on the 2nd order 2 big mac missing macs..nnThe point of delivery is that I don't have to got to McDonald's, but paying delivery free of a wrapping £4 then having to go and retrieve my missing macs from the gormless employees absolutely disgraceful, will never to my kids dismay order from here again.

This Mcdonalds is so so bad  the service is not good, they taking so long time to serve you, they stand there talking and chatting and ignore you, they took so long time to just made a little freaking burger, i don't know how Mcdonalds employed such neglected staff, they don't care if you come not coming back again because of their bad service, exactly they just care about the wage and that's it. This Mcdonalds should bring better staff or no one will pop into this Mcdonalds again.
