Because it is a highly active branch with a constant turnover of food, you rarely get chicken that has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, which is a major plus.n​However, the reason this specific branch sits firmly at a 3-star level comes down to operational consistency and speed. The wait times here can be phenomenal, even for a fast-food joint. If you pop in during peak dinner hours or over the weekend, the staff can look visibly overwhelmed by the sheer volume of delivery drivers like Uber Eats and Just Eat competing with the drive-thru and walk-in customers. It often feels like the people waiting at the counter inside are the lowest priority, and you can find yourself standing around for 15 to 20 minutes just for a standard meal deal.n​Order accuracy is another minor gamble. An absolute disgrace. Ordered a delivery and when opened it was found that a Zinger burger was missing from the Trilogy Box Meal, along with 3 dips that had been ordered also. Rang the restaurant and was told by Arvin Manager that he could do nothing and it wasn't there problem. £44.65 for 3 meals, one incomplete. Cowboys who are in breach of the Consumer Rights Act. Never experienced such poor customer service. Stay away folks, practically thieves.

Buy burger meals for £5.99, which include two chicken wings. One wing looks like this: just bones covered in fried sauce. I discussed this with the staff member, who assured me that it is definitely a chicken wing. Finally, I need to try to bargain with him how food quality it is, he change another small wing. However, that’s fine. He still change it. But I will ensure that don’t go to this one rubbish KFC store
I had a great experience at the Kirby KFC. Leah was amazing — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect. All the other workers were great too, working hard and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Really good service and a place I’d be happy to visit again.
