Popped in for lunch today. We ordered a cheese, ham & red onion pickle baguette which comes with a side salad (way too much lettuce for my liking!)and tortilla chips, but we also ordered a bowl of chips to share. The baguette was a little bit tougher than we would have liked, but the filling was lovely. Also we paid £6 for the sandwich & had to pay another £1.80 on top for the chips which didn't impress me much but you did get a good plateful without the chips. Had a nice pot of tea and a gorgeous big slice of carrot cake to finish off. Came to just over £11 so bit pricey but a tasty treat. Lovely warm atmosphere, modern setting.. very friendly staff so all round great experience apart from the ladies toilets which had air con on FREEZING!!! But well worth a visit.

Best cafe in Tickhill by far. All the food is prepared fresh and the cakes are amazing. You must try the scrammed eggs but only available in the morning, I know the secret behind the great taste but try for yourself. Jonathan and all the staff are extremely friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. As a cyclist there's plenty of space for leaving your bikes near the cafe. Free Wi-Fi also available.

Bring my grandsons here and they love the fudge cake. Staff are really good as well, nothing is any trouble for them.
