Used to work fine but payment system changed and now it's broken. Visited 2 shops, was in for less than an hour. Checked in and out using my reg and card. Have been charged both the correct rate AND the day rate.

They are thieves. They asked me to pay 5 months later a £170 fine pretending that I was sent enforcement notices to pay and which were ignored??? First of all, I had the receipt and secondly I never was sent any notices.

In addition to paying for the car park received a fine for parking on a apparently suspended level of the car park even when there was nothing to prevent you from parking there, Wokingham council must be desperate for money… ramps also far too narrow

Average car park, - Prices are brilliant, really reasonable! - Space sizes I’d say are similar to the normal supermarket - Lots of availability saturday afternoon - Payment machines are over complicated!! After watching a family struggle in front of me for best part of 10 minutes I spotted the RingGo label over their shoulder This was perfect for me so I paid that way, but definitely not so convenient for others! - Ramps are NARROW!! It’s extremely tight, requiring a couple of manoeuvres to get the correct angle to go up/down without hitting the car! It’s a decent car park, in a great location to access the town centre & attractions but I wouldn’t recommend if you have a larger car.

A nightmare if you have a large car, avoid. If you have a small one it’s fine. I always find spaces here.

Car Park Environment: Narrow ramps. Tight parking slots. I entered on Sunday, 90% full. The ramps going above 4-th level were blocked. Lightings automatically turn on, but pretty dim. There are ceiling light to indicate availability, but I suspect someone put things at a few slots making the them unavailable.  Safety: I almost ran into a group of young people at the 3rd level stairs around 6pm. I didn't feel secured about myself and my vehicle.  System: I needed to park overnight it was free until next 8am. However, even I planned to leave at 12nn £2, the machine required me to pay the whole next day £4. I expected that as a pre-authorization but the check-out didn't work. Having seen quite many 1-star complaints from 2 years ago, I thought I've carefully followed the instruction. Is the "pre-authorization" a fraud?  Service: I called the "fault" hotline, he told me to try getting refunds from their customer service. But I still cannot find the customer service contact.

This car park is new, looks clean and tidy. The up and down rumps are a bit tight to manoeuvre and the parking bays are narrow so be careful. Overall, it's OK.

BEWARE - YOU MIGHT BE OVERCHARGED  We've been a 'victim' of some sort of charge error whereby we stayed for less than an hour, but were charged separately for 1 hour £0.80 and also for 10 hours £4.00. I certainly wouldn't stay in Wokingham for that long!  I *strongly* urge you to find any other car park.

Sing and notice doesn't tell you much its a Doggy car park counsil just trying to make money not enough notice which we need to pay first or before leaving
