If this is the same dentist owners as it was in 2000 then I leave this delayed review happy. If don’t I am sorry. I visited this dentist once and got abused verbally by the dental nurse and the Indian dentist while on the chair. They kept saying all my teeth were back to front weird, strange and horrible. I paid, left and was racking my brains as to why they were so nasty then it came to me. The dental nurse who’s maiden name was ruff was a half sister of a girlfriend I had and had been parted with for a couple of years. She lived in ecton village at the time. Whatever issues she had with me regarding her sister and me I did not deserve this abuse and I most definitely wouldn’t have expected a dentist to be so unprofessional and partake in this belittling of a patient. As I said before, if the practice has changed hands since 2000 then this has nothing to do with it now. Regards

The team put me at ease through every step of the process once I had decided on the best option for me composite bonding and veneers. There were multiple options presented to me and we talked through what would be best. I couldn’t be happier with my teeth

I left TG’s over 2 years ago & started to visit a new dentist. I didn’t realise that the monthly instalments were still going out for my dental plan. I didn’t receive one email for appointment reminders within those two years. I then receive a letter to state a further charge was due to come out of my account. I checked my account to see that I had been charged for a considerable amount over two years of not visiting. I understand that I should have  known I was being charged for so long however; if TG’s had contacted myself within this time for an appointment reminder, like other dentists do I would have know funds were going out & I would have cancelled. The only time I heard from TG’s is to state that they were about to take more money. Appalling service. I would not recommend.

Have been going here for years and trust Caroline implicitly. She is a great dentist who puts you at ease. The hygienist also does a super job. Highly recommend.

Dental check fine but not happy that hygienist would not complete check and clean as within 6 months of surgery even though this had been completed within 6 months of previous surgery. I was asked if I had a consultant letter stating it would be ok. Well of course I have as I wasn’t anticipating an issue. I’m a nervous patient at the best of times and this experience has sent my anxiety through the roof. I am not happy

I needed to make an urgent appointment and the lady at the reception did everything possible as my husband was in a lot of pain and managed to book us in for the next day. All the surfaces at the reception were cleaned before and after us. We had an appointment with Caroline and she was very welcoming and explained and showed all that needed to be done, the procedure went very quickly and pain free, so we definitely we'll be returning to this dental practice. Like a previous reviewer, I too get very nervous at the Dentist due to previous experiences, not at this practice but Matthew is very patient and reassuring  which helps a great deal. I find all the Staff very friendly and kind, so a huge thank you.

Super friendly and great service. Caroline was fantastic and worked so hard to get my teeth how I wanted them - Life changing. Cannot recommend them enough!

Fitted in for a consultation after my tooth broke. Very helpful and left feeling much better. 1st rate

I really rate this dental practice. As a nervous patient, Caroline and Devki made my visit as enjoyable as possible. The examination was really thorough with a keen focus on client care. I'd happily recommend to anyone.
