The Wife, i and grandson had a great time at this Hotel. Greeted with a pleasant warm welcome at the door,to showing us our room, and making sure that all Q&As were cared for. With this in mind we give this Hotel 5*s. Thank you!!!

Rooms are ver nice. Come with lots of tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and milk. Beds are comfy and room also has a tv. The people there are very kind too

Our experience was much as reported by 3 other reviewers. Rude and unfriendly reception, wall signs were hostile and over bearing. Implied all guests might be social misfits? No alcohol, food or friends allowed on site. "Free Parking" was kerb side parking with no restriction by local authorities so we were lucky to find some within 200 metres. Mattress worn out and uncomfortable. Hostess and friends talked and smoked outside our window until late in the evening. Although booked for three nights left at dawn and did not stay to sample breakfast.
