First visit very nice helpfull staff and doctor was very good

Not very happy at all. every time i try and book an appointment with them, theyre always fully booked! even if i call as soon as they open! I called at 9:15am for an appointment, and the earliest they could offer me is 4.30pm TOMORROW!!! Im NOT happy at all and i will be looking elsewhere to be a patient at!! im sick to the stomach with these doctors and yet they wonder why i hardly ever go! NOT TO MENTION - my friend phoned up an hour later - and he got an appointment for today!! so why - when i called earlier - their nearest appointment is tomorrow afternoon, and yet my friend calls an hour later - and they have one for that day!!?? im not happy at all
