Site is located in the centre of the racecourse with 108 decent width grass pitches - not all of them have EHU. Despite recent heavy rain there was no puddles or mud. The pitches are fairly level side-to-side but some slope moderately fore and aft. There are service points at convenient intervals around the site and a motorhome waste point. The single shower/toilet block is kept very clean and always warm. In one corner of the site is a toddler play area. TV and mobile reception are good and security is by way of barriers operated with issued cards. The beach is 300yds from the site entrance. Great Yarmouth attractions are about 1.5 miles with a walk along the beach, by road or catching a bus opposite the site.

Great site. Good location. Kids play area. Small shop. Laundry facilities. Caravans and motorhomes welcome. Attractions are just 5 minutes up seafront by car.

We have just spent another few days on this brilliant site, the wardens are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Lovely clean facilities and great pitches. We had our usual walk along the beach and prom into Great Yarmouth with our dog, very enjoyable, ending up with fish & chips! yummy. We also discovered Bure park, just a short walk away and followed the river back into Yarmouth for a change. Have to say this is one of our favourite sites and we will definitely be back, soon.

We have only been 'motorhoming' since April but have just returned from our second visit to the Yarmouth Racecourse site. Billy and Shaun are so welcoming and look after this site so well. They are on hand for any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble. Shower block absolutely spotless and lovely hot showers too. Thank you for another lovely stay, it's goes without saying "we'll be back". Anne & Russ 👍🏻

Great location for many local activities. Very clean site. No fully serviced pitches. Only grass pitches available, but all fairly level.
