I went to Well Suited after being recommended by a friend. The guys and girl were fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave you honest sometimes too honest! advise, which was needed as I didn't have a clue about suits. Everyone complimented on the suits on the day and even the photographer knew that I had used Well Suited from the fit and quality. I would recommend these to anyone getting married in the future and will definitely be back when in need of another suit!
Disappointed is an understatement. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! We hired 5 suits and bought 1 outright for our wedding two weeks ago. Each suit hired suit had 2 fittings apart from one who wasn’t able to get in due to work commitments. Upon arranging fittings 6 weeks before our wedding I was told by the owner that he would not accommodate us on a Saturday because ‘that was the day they done their most trade’ given we had already spent the best part of £1400 with them. I was shocked by this as they actually prioritised new walk-ins over current business. Two days before the wedding the five suits were collected, only for 3 of them to be incorrect sizes anyway, spoke with the guy on the phone three times in one day where he openly read out the sizes they had on the paperwork, said they were checked and double checked yet the complete wrong sizes were placed in the bags. Stressful, yet no apology at all, just asked us to come back in the day before the wedding to be refit. My wife had to run suits back in the day before the wedding to get sizes changed, the owner actually said to her ‘you aren’t the bride are you’ when claiming he wasn’t aware the suits were being changed after I’d spoken to him moments before on the phone. On the day of the wedding every single waist coat hired was falling apart, buttons fell off before the ceremony started, hanging on by a thread. Cheap was an understatement. We returned all hired suits the following day, emailed a complaint in and have not heard since. Ignoring the issue makes it worse. What I will say is the lady assistant in the shop is lovely and helpful, it’s a shame about the rest and the quality of their work. Seems once money was handed over we were put to the back of the queue, understand that others in the shop the day before our wedding felt the same.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Called Well Suited and made an appointment to try a suit on. I say A suit because we specified the exact suit my partner wanted. The man on the phone confirmed all good, had the suit in store in the size we wanted. Travelled all the way to the shop for our appointment, to be told the suit has been moved to the other store, despite us requesting that suit for our appointment. We were told we can come back next week but there is no way we are giving our custom to this company. There was absolutely no apology or care in the world so will be going elsewhere. Thank you for completely wasting our time Well Suited.
Amazing service which was exceptional from start to finish. The suits we hired were high quality and fitted superbly. Everyone complimented on how good the guys looked. We also purchased shoes for everyone as the price was unbeatable! I would highly recommend this company.
Amazing suits and wonderful staff, service received was quick and great, suits were done to perfection, highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding suits or lounge suits, the staff are welcoming and lovely, especially the youngest member of their staff who treated us with care and thought
We hired the suits for our wedding from Well Suited and it was an absolute pleasure. We had to council a week before our wedding in March 2020 due to the pandemic, but they let us reschedule in 2021 and keep our deposit towards the hire. The suits were lovely and the groom and best men looked super smart. The service was fantastic and we would recommend to anyone that is looking for wedding suits. Both my sisters also used this company for their weddings too and were super happy.
We would highly recommend Well Suited after the great experience using them for our wedding. My groomsmen and best man looked dapper and everything came together perfectly. Even though the shop was extremely busy on all visits, the service was great!
Well suited made sure everyone one of my henchmen were exceptionally smart. The suits fitted spot on. The two lads who helped us were so good, they could recommend sizes just by eye and even our guest who came from Scotland, they nailed his suit perfectly. They were more money than your usual suspects for formal supply, but they supplied fitted slim fit suits and the selection on offer, including the little pieces needed, were excellent. Thanks lads!
Unhelpful to say the least. Lady on the phone was helpful and willing to try to get me some sort of suit. Booked an appointment. Took the day off work all to get there and the man look at me and say he has literally nothing. Cheers for wasting my time. If normally leave some sort of positive spin but I actually can't think of anything apart from the receptionist being polite when booking an appointment.
Excellent shop! Couldn’t recommend enough after the service provided for our wedding.
