A good spacious modern Halfords branch situated on the ground floor and perfectly placed for parking and wheelchair disabled access. On the site shared with other businesses and a few retail outlets- but can be very busy here at times though. Very friendly helpful courteous staff! Managed to buy the car products I require, triple wax cleaners, wheel wash etc. at a fair price. Many choices and brands displayed on the shelves. Thank you Halfords - Dartford, keep up the good polite service.! 10/10. Chris.
Not helpful - went in to have a repair to a tyre and was told there was only one person on shift and could not carry out the work without an appointment 3 days later. They wouldn't even swap the tyre for the spare Would not even consider swapping the Ty tyre for the spare
I never like to give bad review but this store worth 0 stars. Everytime we go there the staff is rude and unprofessional. They spent time chatting while you are waiting to be helped. My husband spent 1h waiting someone to change a stupid bulb light but also they wanted him to find the bulb because they do not know what the cars need. Are you joking?! Horrible experience always...for sure I will not coming back here again anymore.
Always friendly and helpful at Halfords. Fair prices and a good range of products. Easy to get to on the outskirts of Dartford with plenty of free parking.
The agent was very friendly and explained everything really well - the only thing is he didn't check the coolant properly and when I went home and checked it the following day coolant was very low, I had to top it up....
Working under the Halfords umbrella but have their own rules and terms!! Dont understand why they work under a name but don't follow the actual term and conditions. Was told by Steve he want price match a quote as the labour charge is not part of the service? And want accept it???
Excellent customer service and guidance from the staff. Dave and Can helped me and my colleague buy a new bike and bike accessories. Will definitely recommend this branch of Halfords.
The best bike shop in dartford my boyfriend takes his bikes there all the time the staff in there are great and do the bike the same day if there are free thank you for everything you done my partner is really happy you repaired his bike the same day thank you for having a very good team
This guys are incapable to bring me a replacement tool since from end of December.. I been 5 times to this shop always they bring something else
