I had a really good experience with my wedding dress alteration. Agatha really understood what I needed and delivered it better than I even expected and although my dress was quite challenging, she never made me feel like it was and helped me feel comfortable and at peace. I really recommend her, she’s talented and very sweet :

I took a dress here for alteration, and Agata was absolutely wonderful. She knows exactly what a bride needs on her day and how to get it done, gives amazing advice, is so communicative and professional. The store also offers dress and accessory rental so there's something for everyone. She's been the go-to for all my family's brides and will always be my recommendation for alterations and styling!

I can't praise Agatha enough. She's clearly skilled, has about a million dresses to choose from, and offers fair pricing. But what really sets her apart is her honesty and her genuine wish to make every bride look her best. When I was looking for my dress, I visited about 10 salons. And there was a lot of dishonesty, a lot of shop assistants trying to push me to buy a dress that clearly didn't suit me. Not Agatha. If I tried on a dress I wasn't sure about, she knew exactly what was missing. And similarly, when I found THE ONE, she was so excited for me, like a true friend would be. If you want an authentic person to dress you for the biggest day of your life, choose Agatha.

I refer to Agatha as my fairy godmother because she has been exactly that for me in the lead up to my wedding. I knew I was in good hands on my first appointment with Agatha, as she was so full of experience and expertise, understood immediately what I was looking for, and so helpful, kind, and full of good advice. Contrary to some of the wedding shops I'd been to, Agatha was never pushy or made me feel like I had to make any quick decisions or commitments. Instead, she stressed the importance of choosing the right dress for the one in a lifetime occasion, helped me take many photos of the dresses I had tried on, and encouraged me to take time to ensure I choose the right dress. That is 5* Agatha service!  In the lead up to the wedding, Agatha was always responsive to any questions I had, and full of good tips and advice for the day. It was evident from they way she was insistent on teaching my mum and maid of honour how to help me with putting on the dress or fluff the train of the dress, and how she made herself available for questions before the big day no matter how small, that she is genuinely committed and keen to ensure her brides feel their best and most confident on their wedding day.  When I chose to hire my dress from the Bridal Gallery, I didn't just get the dress itself. I also got peace of mind that my wedding dress was in skilled and reliable hands, Agatha's helpful tips and advice from her years of experience, a dash of her wit and humour that made our interactions so enjoyable, and words of wisdom about life that I will always remember.  I would whole-heartedly recommend her to all brides.Thank you Agatha!

I was recommended Agatha by my friend, and former bride, and had the most wonderful experience.  Agatha completed all the alternations on my dress, and it fitted perfectly!  She was incredibly kind, offering me lots of pre-wedding and wedding day advice. Agatha was amazing . Partner found a dress she loved and looked stunning on the day very professional even did alterations the day before the weeding so the dress fit perfectly. Also as we live 150 miles away so helped us organise the flowers, hair and make up. You don't just get a dress you get all the help she can offer. Truly an amazing experience and apricate all the extra help. Cannot thank her enough for making the day truly wonderful.

I came across this business on google after searching for bridal dress hire places in London. Agatha was absolutely amazing and found the perfect dress for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the fitting of the dress and even offered to make a few changes to the dress. I can't recommend The Bridal Gallery enough to any bride who is looking for their dream dress! There were so many options available and the whole experience was lovely!
