WOW! I cannot express my appreciation for this beautiful shop more or speak more highly of wonderful Lisa and Daniel who I met on my trip there. I had found my dress but was needing some accessories and I couldn’t have wished for a more wonderful experience! They stocked some Sarah Seven earrings that I had seen online and they made the experience of buying them so very special! I had a little peak at their dresses and they looked BEAUTIFUL! They actually stocked the designer that I am wearing on my wedding day! Truly, if you are looking to find a beautiful dress with lovely and mega helpful people, you need to visit this shop! Had the best experience at Heart Aflutter. I was alone for my first appointment and Lisa really understood what I was looking for even more than me!. So sweet and attentive to my questions and gave me honest opinions when I asked for them. Said ‘yes to the dress’ soon after and the whole experience was seamless! Lisa is an asset to the team and will be recommending her to all my friends!
Cannot thank the HeartAflutter team enough for their kindness and helping me to get my dream dress! I had booked to try on a dress I’d been thinking about for months, travelling from Bristol and my mum and sister travelling especially from Wales to come to my appointment with me. Motorway closures and traffic chaos meant that I missed my booked appointment. The Heartafflutter team were so incredibly kind to stay late to accommodate my late arrival, meaning I could try on my dream dress. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one! Super friendly, professional and thoughtful team - cannot thank them enough and so thrilled to be wearing a dress bought from them for my wedding next year. Huge thank you!!
Lovely bridal boutique with a great selection of dresses. Ar other shops I struggled to find dresses that weren’t overly fussy, but Heart a Flutter had loads of options. The staff are great and make you feel super confident

Buying my wedding dress and veil could not have been more seamless or enjoyable! Heart Aflutter was amazing -- especially Veronika, who kept me informed on timing, shipping, etc. They also provided a wonderful seamstress in the area Mimi Fukai, who did an excellent job. They were all easy to work with, kind, and made a somewhat stressful process fun. If you're looking for a wedding dress in London, I HIGHLY recommend Heart Aflutter!
Absolutely loved my experience with Heart A Flutter! It was a surprise appointment and my friend had them pick all the dresses I’d sent. They were perfect and I might have found THE dress! Their collection of Sarah Seven is incredible. Definitely put this on your list of bridal shops to visit!
Heart Aflutter was the only shop I visited as I trusted them wholeheartedly. Their collection and designers are exactly the type of styles I had in mind for my wedding. The pre-appointment consultation was helpful as it allowed the lovely consultant to get to know me. We discussed my budget, my style and I picked some dresses from their collection. At the appointment I tried 2 dresses I picked and 2 more that she picked. I didn’t need to try on anymore as I knew I found the one. The appointment was super fun and the consultant understood what I wanted. I collected my dress today from Lisa and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Heart Aflutter.
Heart Aflutter was my first bridal dress appointment and I had an amazing time from start to finish. I was immediately put at ease by Veronika, and having the pre-appointment chat I felt she really understood my style and helped me understand what it was I was looking for, and gave me advice that was really helpful for other appointments. I didn't end up getting my dress from Heart Aflutter but would highly recommend it to any future bride as the dresses are beautiful and the staff are very helpful and lovely!
I went to my first ever bridal dress appointment here yesterday and Imi went above and beyond to understand the wedding and style of dress I wanted! She really helped me understand the dress styles and what I felt comfortable in. I left being stuck between 2 dresses so popping back in a couple weeks to re-try them on and pick the one! Immy was super understanding and didn’t push either dress to make a sale either, looking forward to going back!
