I visited Weavers Court this week and was truly blown away by the quality of care and attentiveness shown by the staff. The atmosphere in the home is exceptionally warm and welcoming, with a clear sense of compassion and professionalism in every interaction I observed.nnIt was genuinely heartening to see such dedication, and I can confidently say that I would feel very reassured and comforted if a loved one of mine were being looked after by the amazing team at Weavers Court.
I currently visit the care home on a weekly basis delivering chair based exercise for all the residents. I throughly enjoy my time at Weavers Court, the residents are fantastic and the staff are very friendly, knowledgable and provide top quality care to all residents. The facilities are impeccably clean and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their loved one to Weavers Court, it is 5 star from the moment you arrive at the door. Thank you to Mariyam, Charlotte and all the staff at Weavers Court for all their help and support with my visits. They are all incredible and assets to the company.
I actually don't have words to describe how grateful my Dad and I are to you for the last week. After 60yrs of them living together my Mum moved in on Monday. It was never going to be easy as Mum did not think she needed any help and doesn't think there is anything wrong with her which made it so hard. We dreaded this event for years and you have been INCREDIBLE!! You have made something awful into the most amazing experience. My Mum instantly felt safe and secure. She has got her sparkle back!! She loves the beautiful luxurious surroundings which are so homely and she loves the staff. They have solved all the issues we had at home and they will do anything to make the residents happy. They are so accommodating to the individual it is unbelievable...and to their family, even when they are phoning up too much ; You are making such a difference and changing lives. I could not have left my beautiful Mum with anyone else and known she was safe in every way. It has helped my Dad so much to see her so relaxed and happy..in less than a week! Bless you all...Amanda, Mariyam, Charlotte, Magda, Kimberley and the rest of the team. You have created something unique and a warm upbeat atmosphere, we come out feeling uplifted after visits!! We are so so grateful x x
We have cared for Mum for 3 years and seen distressing symptoms and the whole family impact. 6 months ago everything seemed to worsen. Carers came frequently but despite their great care Mum was unhappy and agitated. It is now 4 months later and after coming to live at Weaver's Court Mum is comparatively worry free which shows in her face and her appetite !nThe principle of care is that Weaver's Court is home .nThe standard of care is exceptional. Every physical ,psychological,social,environmental and emotional need has been well thought through.nDespite Mum's illness she is thriving and we gratefully thank and respect every member of staff .
Weavers Court has been very accommodating, caring and supportive. The staff are friendly and approachable. They are prepared to go the extra mile to help with difficult issues and I feel reassured that my mum is kept safe in a friendly and nurturing atmosphere.
