The doctors and staff are always helpful and friendly, I really can't fault them.nnUnfortunately getting a same day appointment has gradually become more difficult, and is now next to impossible. Calls made at 8am often go to 'line busy'. When you finally do get through and after queuing, appointments have ran out for the day.
The surgery itself is not bad but I feel as though I waste half my life waiting for someone to bother answering the phone whenever I ring up for anything at all...nAlso appointments are a bit of a wait unless you want to ring up within the first 60 seconds of the phone lines opening and go through tremendous anxiety as though you are in some kind of life threatening race to try & ATTEMPT to get a same day telephone appointment... If you can't cope with the stress that this process puts you under be prepared to wait a few weeks to get any form of appointment no matter how important the matter may be.
Doctors are good. Getting to one in less than 3 weeks is nearly impossible.nIts got worse and worse.nI think they have too many patients.
I joined this surgery in February and they have been outstanding. Responded to questions the same day over text, spent the time to talk through things with me, rather than just moving on to the next person. It's appreciated, the way all surgeries should be.
Hello one star reviewer namely Ash Ash. Just read your review. I found it to be one of the most uninformative pieces of useless information I have ever had the misfortune of reading! I find the Doctors and Receptionists very professional and caring. They do have high targets and guidelines that must be met. Might be better not to blame your misfortunes in life on other people!
