Parts department! I've used the parts department loads of times the lads are very helpful and go the extra mile to offer the best service. If a part has needed to be specially ordered they will ring me without fail when in ready for collection. Prices on genuine parts have sometimes worked out a lot cheaper than the oe/aftermarket part prices when been pricing up. Thanks once again guys.
What a fantastic part of the Ford group this place is! I have had dealings with a lot of other car companies but this particular dealership literally shocked & surprised me! Their customer service skills are so far above the norm + they need to be & should be highly commended. I am genuinely amazed at everything they did to ensure i had a fantastic experience there but also ensuring i got a fantastic deal on the new car i wanted. In particular I dealt with 1 salesman & i feel so fortunate to have had this particular man although i believe they are all as good However Michael Beck needs a very special mention as if not for him & all the extra lengths he went to I'm not sure i would've actually purchased the car He is truly a huge credit to Ford/Lookers & a very customer orientated man. He even came in on his day off just so he could personally hand over the car, which should've taken 15mins but ended up taking almost 3hrs. He is absolutely 100% the nicest, caring & genuine person I've had the pleasure to do business with. I must also commend his bosses who also bend over backwards so to speak to ensure i was totally happy with my car The staff in this particular dealership are obviously there to sell cars however their CUSTOMER CARE is I believe their 1st priority. Which makes perfect sense that if the customer is happy they will almost always want to purchase a car. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone & will do so to all my friends/family. I shall also continue to use them myself if in the future I'm looking to upgrade my car. That won't be for a good while though as the new car i purchased is amazing & doubt I would have found 1 as good anywhere else Finally I'd like to say a massive thank you to Michael & all the staff involved with my purchase, i know I'm not the easiest person to please when it comes to cars but they still made me feel very special indeed. Well done guys i truly appreciate all your help and support & I hope Lookers/Ford take note of my 100% satisfaction & this review as i believe that brilliant work like this deserves a mention now & then Thanks again all at Lookers/Ford Michelle.
Excellent service.. Welcomed by the receptionist with a warm smile and friendly, courteous chat. Off to the Service dept where we were made to feel welcome and both staff knew what our appointment was for. We were told it would take a couple of hours. On our return the car was ready and had been washed ! The work done was explained . All in all 5 star service from the staff at Lookers in Sunderland
Found the customer service excellent. Professional and friendly. Stewart Hughes was so helpful and genuine. Really went the extra mile for us. Cannot recommend highly enough! Plus car was beautiful and in perfect condition. The driver that delivered the car Sean was really friendly, and on time too.
Parking here was difficult, all spaces taken. Staff overly keen to help/sell- was immediately approached when just entering, then had two further staff ask to assist me. A little too eager to perhaps, wanted my details even though I was simply browsing and trying a few cars in the showroom to see if I fit in them. Doesn't put me off completely, but prefer a little space when browsing.
A very clean and efficient place. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to be as helpful as they can. We have a motorbility car from here, and cannot fault the service, free valeting, video emails of your car sent when servicing. Excellent service, friendly staff, would recommend without any hesitation.
Janet Grey was our sales rep,she was friendly and professional from start to finish,always mindful of our needs.She didn't give us the hard sell and we were left to make our own decision without being pushed into anything. The purchase from start to finish was made pleasant and hassle free thanks to Janet.Many thanks for your assistance, looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our car!!
Excellent service as always : I purchased my car 4 yrs ago and always had my mot / service completed here. The prices are always reasonable and where discount can be applied it is. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy.

The practice and the patients were extremely grateful that your were able to collect one of my GP Partners from his home and bring him to and from work . This allowed the practice to continue to maintain the health of our patients.
The worst after sales service possible. Sales manager arrogant and kept passing the blame from pillar to post. No paperwork supplied for the service carried out, even though it was requested. Car not repaired to a satisfied standard. I now use Arnold Clark Newcastle, much better service
