Very helpful staff especially Jo & Tony, excellent service. Van developed a fault on Tuesday, they asked me to call down with it straightaway for a diagnostic check, the very helpful mechanic found the fault, part ordered, delivered Wednesday, booked in at short notice for Friday morning for 0800, job done fuel throttle valve replacement by 0945. Van collected and ready for Newcastle delivery on Monday. Can't stress how impressed I was with the level of Customer Service, called when they said they would, and did not let me down. Highly recommended. A1+++

Received a quote for work on a vehicle, however, when the work was complete, the costs were more than double the advised amount, although no additional work was done. Very disappointed with the mis-selling! Strongly do not recommend! Do not to use this company for MOT as they use other local garages and then charge customers an extortion.

Talked to Jo on friday who was fantastic and arranged everything for us, then the mechanic on saturday morning was super efficient and very friendly. Couldn't do enough for us. Well done.
