What any easy and stress free process. Sarah at Grantham branch was fantastic.
Sold my 5 year old van to Webuyanyvan which was on finance lease. They dealt with this arrangement smoothly unlike Ford who could not get their heads around it after agreeing a price‍ Anyway all good and onto my new one! I forget the chaps name at Grantham I dealt with but had a perfect hairstyle like myself and was very friendly and fair. Second time I’ve dealt with Grantham now as they had my car last June. Lovely lady dealt with me that time and again very good service.
Straight forward process. The guy who was working on the day was pleasant and friendly to deal with and was helpful. Car sold for less than I expected but it was made clear why so no major issues.
£950 without adding faults, £650 offered online after I was honest with the details on the website. Only to be pushed down to £150 £100 after fees I pretty much had to plead with him to move on that price. After 20 mins of back and forth the salesman had broke me and I gave in at £317.37p for a Mercedes SLK 200 51 plate. I felt sick and bullied by a guy with no emotion and no moral compass. I have used other branches of we buy any car and found them to be amazing, but this branch is disgusting and I will be raising a formal complaint.
I was disappointed to be knocked back for two very small stone chips on the bonnet. According to the agent that’s a full bonnet respray, which is laughable. There seems to be far to little granularity in the assessment app they use and what should be a few quid to sort suddenly becomes several hundred. That said the price I ended up with was about the same as I’d been offered elsewhere and this is why, despite my earlier commitments, I’m happy to recommend and give 4 stars! Friendly staff also!
