I have used you for a number of spares for my Coachman and now my Swift over a period of years.. I would like to say thank you to Haley for being so helpful and polite. She has gone out of her way to deal with such small requests. Should I ever be able to but a new Van you will be my first port of call.

We purchased a new caravan from Grantham Caravans but hadn’t visited their site. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the customer service was outstanding. The colleagues that assisted with our collection (Andy and Terry) were the most attentive that we’ve ever encountered and truly went over and above to help us. Our truck’s tow hitch was not configured correctly to tow the caravan away yet the team on the day stood in the pouring rain with us and their armoury of tools and helped us overcome the problem. The sale was genuine, the team outstanding and the service enviable. For anyone that is shopping around online and unsure about buying from Grantham Caravans then please take my word, you won’t get better care or attention.

I purchased a new caravan 6 months ago from Grantham's, this is possibly the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The van wasn't cleaned, extras I had ordered weren't fitted, the van has constantly been beset with problems. Faults have been repaired as a make do and mend scenario. Would I buy from this company again? Never. Would i recommend them, not even to my worst enemy. They only get one star as I couldn't post this with none.

Brought a caravan 6 years ago and was very happy with service and freindly staff. Not so good these days brought a caravan 2 months ago and have had issues with caravan and certain staff not so helpfull these days. WOULD NOT BUY FROM AGAIN.
