HI everyone - just to tell you that the service we have received from Honda at Grantham has been brilliant. Our salesman Kieran was wonderful from the moment he met us in the snow (!) outside to the time we collected our lovely Jazz - our 3rd Jazz. We have never had such a reliable car as a Jazz. Our Jazz is used for deliveries and has very high mileage when we trade it in but is always so reliable we had no hesitation in buying a 3rd. The dealership was easy to find - close to the A1 - staff welcoming and we got a great trade-in price - our old Jazz had done over 170,000 miles with no serious problem in all that time. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of going to Honda Grantham - they will offer you a great deal & unbeatable service! Well done Honda Grantham!

I found all the sales team that i met very friendly and helpful, I got a very favourable price for my part exchange and any calls I made after my purchase were handled in a friendly and professional manner and i didn't feel fobed off. Will even came in on his day off for the hand over. I would highly recommend vertu honda

From the moment I phoned to enquire about a car the level of service was absolutely fantastic was offered delivery but was advised to enjoy  the showroom experience and was not disappointed I was picked up from the local station and was made to feel very welcome from the start the people were amazing after a recent bad experience when trying to buy a car this was the complete other end of the spectrum I can not praise Andy and the other staff enough for there customer service I was made to feel so welcome from the very beginning and am truly pleased with my purchase thanks again for a fantastic level of customer service 😀
