Changing your car is a big decision however when we went to Ford Grantham the sales consultant William Buckley made me feel relaxed and safe. Will was more than happy for us to take as much time as we needed to ask questions, view cars, test drive, consider options and make choices. He was patient and honest and made my wife and I feel valued and that our needs were paramount. Nothing seemed too much trouble, he followed through everything we asked with efficiency and kept us informed throughout the purchase of our new car. Thanks Will… HAPPY CHRISTMAS
I went in here with the intention of buying my first car. With the help of William Buckley, I was able to browse their website and see what they had to offer. I had a great experience with William, as he was informative, patient and was a friendly member of staff which meant I could ask him for advice if I had any concern. He was excellent at explaining everything and drove away after a week with a fiesta. Would definitely recommend if you are in the same position and will definitely go back again!
I bought my car on Monday. I'd had a nightmare of a journey due to cancelled public transport so needed to rearrange my original appointment. The salesman William Buckley and his manager Andrew were more that helpful. Not only were they flexible with the time slot, they kept the dealership open late to ensure I received the correct service even though they both had places to be. William was very friendly and transparent when discussing available services. I feel very positive about my visit to the dealership.

We’ve just bought an Audi Q2 second hand . I have nothing but good things to say about William Buckley from my initial enquiry he was honest helpful and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and approachable and made buying the car long distance easy by sending videos of the car. William Buckley - SIMPLY A LEGEND. The very kind of person you need for this role who’s not pushy at all and the most genuine helpful guy!! I had a last minute reason for changing my visit due to my mum being diagnosed with cancer, I explained this to William and I had nothing but support offered to me.
