So, having been fobbed off by the salesman - almost 10 weeks I have been waiting for the tax to be returned on the my old car. They have now admitted that the paperwork had not been completed. Fortunately, the salesman I dealt with yesterday was honest, professional and ensured it was dealt with immediately - hence not putting a lower rating - however the fact that I was off 3 time, by 2 different salesman speaks volumes. I am reluctant to purchase another car with this branch unfortunately.
Car was booked in on Friday 28th October for first year service. Keys handed over at 10 am to be advised that I would get the car back around 5 pm to which I advised, I would like my car back within 2 hours as it was just a first year service. No contact so rang at 12 for update. Advised it would be ready around 2 pm. Very frustrated, I advised this was not good enough as there is only so much time you can spend in Grantham. Asked to speak with the After Sales Manager. Too busy on a call and would ring me back. Nice Receptionist rang back to advise that car would be ready for 12.30 and Manager apologised. On arriving on site just after 12.30, car wasn't ready. Was being valeted. Managed to speak with the After Sales Manager who confirmed he had only been therefore for 3 weeks as had Receptionist and they were taking all the flack that day as no permanent Service Advisor in attendance that day. Asked to pay my bill which was higher than the agreed price set down by Nissan UK. Promised they would sort - still waiting on a call from them. No proof apart from my invoice to clarify the service was done. When asked if they would update my service book, again advised that no one knew how to do this along with offer me a refund of the extra service cost. Rang yesterday, message left with Sales for someone to ring me back. Still no call. Rang twice today, no one answers the phone when you select Service update/booking. I bet if I press Sales someone will answer because they will think they are dealing with a Sales customer. Having dealt with Marshalls Grantham for a few years, will I return in the future - very debatable!
Very professional!!! Scott found me a perfect car, dealt with me as if I was a VIP, and patiently answered all my 'blondie' questions. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.
Disgusting! I was 'sold' a used vehicle at the start of July. They didn't have the logbook and didn't disclose this to me for almost a month. Poor communication from everyone, the manager hasn't even responded to me. Eventually managed to cancel the sale, but a month later the finance company still has me as the owner. Total lack of honesty and transparency from the dealership and their staff. Broken promises from all and no concern for me as a human being.
After having a bad experience with another dealer, I was trusting my purchase with Grantham who had a car with the similar spec I desired, I interacted with a salemen who was checking finance etc and then had a day off. The dealership sold that car on his day off.
Recently bought a Volkswagen gti from here, outstanding customer service and a fantastic overall car, couldn’t fault my experience with Marshall’s especially Scott who sorted everything for me, highly recommended this place to everyone.
Terrifying customer service after purchase of a vehicle … Definitely one to avoid if you don’t want to have issues and more importantly if you want to deal with a business that comply to regulations !
I will never recommend Marshall Nissan. They lied to me Their poor service They have very poor communication They don’t respond So stay away from them
Nice guys, let me roll up and charge the the Polar ChargeMaster post in their car park in a Renault Zoe! Lots of electric cars available on their lot by the looks so it's worth looking inside.
David Byrne sold us a fabulous Volvo S60, very friendly service and staff very welcoming. We originally viewed the car from norwich via video that David kindly took and sent by message. I would not hesitate to travel from Norwich to buy another car from David and the team in Grantham. Thank you all.
