Do not waste your time. My dad took in in his 130000 mile BMW X3 2005 having been offered £2780 online. On arrival after inspection they reported 5 small stone chips on the front bumper and one on the drivers door. This resulted in a deduction of £700.00 for body work repairs. Really ? Is that amount of small stone chips unrealistic for a 130000 mile car. Avoid at all costs absolute sharks. Needless to say it was not sold to them. Please don't waste your time here.

Very rude!!!! Did not stop calling and calling me in work hours and when I tried to call to cancel they never answered .. they managed to get hold of me and when I said my valuation was way under what I was expecting the sales agent said something rude and put phone down!!!!!

Rude and patronising staff, final half of original quote, and unhappy when we decided to take the car elsewhere. After selling privately (which was tutted at, by the staff), we were paid double what we were offered by the staff, and our deal was complete within three hours from our first contact outside of this company. Their ads may be about how much you value your time, but doubling what you can receive within a few hours, seems like a pretty good use of my time if you ask me!

I sold a vehicle through WBAC 3 years ago in Cornwall when the company was still in it's infancy. After a bit of negotiation, I got the a smidge off the price that was quoted - for the odd very minor stone chip. Just tried to sell one in Christchurch (an immaculate car for 48500 miles) only to be told that I would get over a £1000 less that the quoted price because of some minor stone chips! He even tried to tell me that I'd had some of the car repainted which, considering I've had it from new, I knew this not to be the case. WBAC is great in principle, but they have gotten greedy. I will never deal with them again as they are underhanded and unscrupulous in their tactics with regard to assessing your vehicle. SELLERS BEWARE!

Trying to balance this out a bit because I don't understand people's issues. I got a totally fair deal with my car and just about what was quoted as well. The same car selling on eBay for less. Some people have unrealistic values of their cars it seems, if you get an online quote of over £2k and then get offered £1k, then you've obviously not been very detailed with the issues with your car. - also 92,000 miles and 9 years old, and you think you're getting over £2k from WBAC... who ADVERTISE that they are going to give you less than it's worth on the basis that they save you the time and hassle of a private sale. Another one star because a guy doesn't realise that there is no shop and it's a booth in the retail car park - a search on google maps (street view) would've showed you this. I was in and out in 30 minutes and really glad they took it off me because there was no way I would've sold it privately for the same price. Thanks
