Absolutely great food and the young staff serving were excellent. Food was tasty, plentiful and beautifully presented. Great setting despite the rain. Would definitely recommend and go again.

We had a lovely meal at the waves bar today. Staff are all friendly and helpful. I ordered haddock and chips for me and my wife, and sausage, chips peas and gravy for my 2.5 year old. Only... I didn’t order correctly... My wife was away from the table, and whilst I was keenly getting the order in, I forgot to order her haddock. So a bit of a small mixup on my part. After only one one haddock came out of the kitchen, I explained my mistake the staff handled it perfectly. They brought out a second meal in record time and the chef apologised to me for the mix up (even though it wasn’t them at fault.) This really made a difference to our enjoyment of the meal. The food was tasty, well presented and a good size. We enjoyed eating up on the first floor overlooking the sea. They even got full marks by sorting out the bill - ensuring it was correct despite the mixup . Thanks everyone. Definitely one to recommend.

Super building, modern, with lots of big windows looking out to sea. Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Food nicely dressed. Middle of the road pricing
