Took my family here for a birthday weekend and Loved it!!! We had the family room and it was spot on, loads of room and very clean. I took my three child (aged 6-11) and my better half, we arrived a little late due to bad traffic. We had no trouble getting into our room and the beds where very conformable. Breakfast is severed between 9-10 am, so no crazy dash to get downstairs. The table was laid out and all your breakfast needs where there. The cooked breakfast was amazing and on both mornings, the kitchen were very a accommodating to three fussy children. We went out for the day and had food at the smugglers in on the evening. When we came down for dinner the table had a birthday card for my partner and little deodorants laid out all over, it was a very nice touch and lovely gesture form the Smugglers Inn. Food was amazing and deserts where very good too, our children loved the experience and enjoyed the Smuggles Inn Loads. If you are looking to book and have a young family, no need to worry. The staff are very friendly and polite, really nice chilled vibe and atmosphere. The room we stopped in (ROOM 3) had loads of space and i noticed had a carry cot in there too. I would like to just say a massive thank you to very one in the Smugglers Inn for making are stay such a special one.

Stopped here mid trip from Newquay to Plymouth along the coast. We only stopped for a couple of drink and the place was very busy but also very warm and welcoming. Rex was a cracking bar tender and very happy too.

Staff could not be more helpful. Not just with us but with any customer. Entertainer pretty good also. We normally do a lunchtime. But tonight was great. Good food and guest ales.

Great warm welcome after walking our dog on the beach here. Had lunch ( seafood selection ) and tried a local ale. Highly recommended stop.
