Four of called in for a bite after a morning walk nearby. We just had a starter each, and all enjoyed the food and Cornish cider. Two of the group were surprised to be charged £3 for a small bottle of ginger beer. So good food, good service, but not cheap. The fixed price menu looked better value, but the only main course option was chicken. I might stop again if passing, but wouldn't go out of my way.

It was a pleasant surprise to see the effort that had gone in to bring it up to a very good standard.
