Absolutely great - the landlords have reopened this pub, and are running it as a real ale pub with 3 different ales each week, plus interesting lagers, all at very reasonable prices. Currently only open Thursday and Friday evenings, plus all day Saturday and Sunday. No food at present, but light snacks available. Very friendly team and clientele.

Cosy Village pub with a rustic feel, plenty of drinks available at cheap prices. They even have a taxi paid for later on in the night if you have a bit too much.

So pleased this pub has opened again after so long. Real ales and ciders at good prices. The owners are so friendly and you get the warmest of welcomes. Enjoy the evenings in here with the family, nice open fire, old inn ambience, friendly locals and a good dart board! What more could one ask for!

This pub has just reopened after being closed for many years. No food as yet but a lovely atmosphere and conversation. They are planning to do lots of community events. A rare and excellent pint of Worthington White Shield. we then guest beer.
