To be honest I’ve been there twice. My first visit was on a grey & rainy day. The showroom looked very low on stock and they pretty much had nothing mouthwatering to look at. But I was there to look at the RSQ8 “72” plate which had 900 miles for almost 10k less than a Brand New £131,635 we couldn’t agree a Part Exchange price from my vehicle. Which is the case always with Audi’s buyers very low pricing when buying. Even their own cars. So on my 2nd visit to try and finalise the deal. The Showroom was hosting and Audi Sales Event & Many cars were on display, sold and unsold. specially priced ones for the event as well. At the end we didn’t go through with the deal over a dispute of 1k but their hospitality & follow up and effort was great. Maybe Next time… Thank Audi Watford
I would not be visiting this garage again, having had better experiences with Slough Audi and other garages who truly understand the meaning of customer service. What ends up happening is you have to call several times to get something actioned. The manager “Simon” does not call you back when asked. And the receptionists bless them continue to take several messages instead. I had a terrible experience with the sales advisor Fern who took several weeks to action the simple task of sending an invoice to Brighton Audi for the work required. I ended up calling her once-twice a week and received an email from her to say how busy she was. I informed her of her inadequacies and was later told by Brighton Audi that she had told them I was “rude”. There was 0 apology or a shred of understanding from her part which was quite shocking, being a sales advisor. Well luckily Brighton Audi know me and also agreed Fern was in the wrong. No apology. No service. No word from the manager about the appalling service. The work was done in the end, yes, to a good standard as expected, but the service is what brings this place down in my opinion.
Great service First time I’ve dealt with Adrian, & the service & explanation he gives you is first class, What I like is he’s very knowledgeable & explains everything carefully so you understand exactly what is needed & what possibly be needed on your car in the future. Also I was most impressed with the way he took the time to explain to me Audi,s latest service offers, I took out the 2 services 2 mot,s 2 years breakdown & 2 years extended warranty, which I have to say I’m over the moon with!!! So thank you Adrian & thank you Audi Watford 5 star customer service Steven
Had a car serviced here for a few years and it’s always a smooth process. Staff are polite and helpful. They answer all questions and queries and offer great advice and always try to help with any issues. Parking available and outside. Water is available and seating area is clean and tidy and perfect for when you have kids who don’t want to look at cars. Never had a bad experience here. Have bought 3 cars from here in the past and will continue to.
Absolutely outstanding service from Watford Audi and I can honestly say Ozzy was amazing. Always have had Audi’s and this is by far the best Audi garage I have been to - from start to handover Ozzy made the process easy - knowledgeable- manageable so so professional. Cannot rate them enough and more than highly recommend. Many many thanks for everything - one more than happy customer here. Karen
Adrian the manager of the Audi servicing department was amazing, he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and serviced in the matter of hours. His communication skills were great updating me throughout the vehicle inspection till my vehicle was ready. He is a great asset to your company! Will definitely be going through him when I next need my service done.
Daylight robbery at its finest, total ripoff merchants: I paid around £500 for a full service and inspection of my air conditioner, which was not blowing hot air until about 10 miles had been travelled. All they did was replace the pollen filter, replace the engine oil and told me the following works needed to be done: 1 Transmission fluid change due to being over 36,000 miles 2 Brake fluid change due 3 Spark plug change due These were not issues that were discovered, they are just recommended works to be done because of the age/mileage of the car 10 year old A5, 50K miles Furthermore, they were not able to find the fault in my air conditioner....OK, give me my money back then? Or at least replace the air conditioner gas seeing as I paid around £160 for the inspection only for them to not find anything. Total waste of money for the level of work done. I also did not receive any 'Audi cam' footage as they describe on the website to see the quality of the work done if any for all I know. Today I got my transmission fluid changed, which wasn't even the same price as was quoted on my vehicle health report on my full service. They also found that the windscreen fluid was 'leaking excessively' - why wasn't this found on my full service last month? It is unlikely to have happened within the space of a month. For the amount of money these guys charge, the amount of work done and the quality of the work done, it's not worth the money. You are literally just paying for the Audi name. Lastly, Adrian was one of the rudest staff members I have ever spoken to and really needs to work on his customer service skills
Always amazing service, easily the best in the Greater London area. Audi Cam technicians always very informative too and put your mind at rest. A stunning dealership with top class facilities, and I find it very easy and comfortable to work from the business area whilst my car is being serviced. Mira, who looked after me, was absolutely amazing and even saved me a bunch of money with tailored service plans for each of my cars. I’ll never go anywhere else.
Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time. Check-in process was smooth, and staff were on hand in case help is needed. Large, comfortable waiting area was very helpful as I needed quite time and desk to work on an important assignment. Audi staff kept me informed throughout the process and made recommendations. Once I agreed, my repairs were done promptly. Checkout was also quick and smooth. I was out of there in less than 3 hours. Overall excellent experience. Thanks, Lauren and Carlos for taking care of me and my Audi.
My partner and I bought our Q3 from Ozzy last week at Watford Audi. From start to finish Ozzy was FANTASTIC! He took time out of his weekend to come and meet us even though he wasn’t working, and stayed late on the evening we came to collect our car. He explained all options thoroughly, was very patient when we had lots of questions and is incredibly friendly and enjoyable to deal with. I’d recommend anyone specifically asks to speak with Ozzy if you’re looking for a car! P.S. Ozzy if you’re reading this THANK YOU we love our new car.
