Always a great place to get books , my little one loves new book day and always nice when there's coloring pages to do in-store this time round there was a mystery to solve which was great fun

I buy all my mangas from Waterstones I absolutely love it and sometimes I just come in the store to just browse and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff must be sick of seeing me  Anyway I love you guys you do a great job &lt;3 Also please stock up with volume 1s they are so hard to find

A good shop to buy books. The shop is always quiet too. I just wish they didn't keep changing around the books so you can never find what you  need.

I love spending a bit of time in a good old bookshop. Waterstones in Grimsby is one of them. Floor to ceiling book heaven.  I popped in a couple of days ago in passing as one of my favourite authors has a book release this week. It was in stock. Now I could have bought online and probably got this book cheaper however when I got home and opened the cover I discovered that it had been signed by the author and had limited edition spredges. I was absolutely overjoyed. I always gift on my books as I like to spread the joy of reading but I'm afraid this one is a keeper.  The staff are super friendly and purchases don't just feel transactional. You can be totally nerdy in there and it is absolutely fine. I love taking my 2 children in there to hand pick their books as a treat.  The gift section is good I always forget about it and then when I go in it's a surprise all over again. I often find nice gifts for people in there.  The only thing that would make this place better is if it was bigger, had cosy reading nooks and a coffee shop but then you would not see me for days.  The world needs more book shops again.

I like Waterstones, but in quite a small shop too much space is devoted to lowbrow and populist works.

I can't love this shop enough. Always lovely, friendly staff who are only too happy to help. If I can't find what I am looking for, they'll order it in for me...

Always a lovely place to shop,  and the staff are excellent.

Great selection of reading material. Lots of shelves and walking areas with a few seats for a relaxed comfortable environment.
