I needed to buy two gifts, one male one female. I found my self at the perfume shop as usual. Kitty was the member of staff working that day she was very helpful and polite i didn't feel rushed, i find the staff in the Grimsby store to always go above and beyond. I always give my email address to get my voucher which i have never had any bother with receiving. I was told by my family it was just what they wanted. Thank you Kitty for your time and help
Fantastic service from Oliver. Thanks to his pleasant manner and excellent customer service.. I purchased from him and the shop. He assisted with my discount and was extremely helpful. I then returned a few days later.. purchased 2 more perfumes.. although he wasn't present then.. it was due to his service that I returned to this store. And didn't buy from the internet! Thank you Oliver. You are a credit to the brand.
Well you can get most fragrances in the shop. I have used it for years , but over the past year the loyalty point system seems to have gone to pot. They put points on your card but the next time you use it they seem to have disappeared??. When you question the assistant in the shop about it. They state they have not done anything wrong and also tell you to ring customer services. Well it's very annoying. I have spent approximately two hundred pounds in the shop today . And it appears that the two hundred points I should have showing on my receipt have disappeared. Yet again quick to take my money but not willing to sort out the problem with the loyalty card. Don't think I will be quite so loyal in the future.. I will have to spend time tomorrow ringing customer services. And going through the whole rigmarole again.

The girls in the grimsby shop were fantastic, so helpful .
After spending over £100+ on perfume. I was also sold a travalo under the impression It was compatable with Gucci flora and good girl perfume I was purchasing. The two ladies behind the counter said I would be able to spray the perfume into the travalo. This wasn’t the case so I came to return it as it was sold to me as travel bottle that was useable to me. When returning to the store I was greeted by the same friendly lady who served me originally. She had to get her manager to assist with the query/return. From the get go he was rude, dismissive and did not want to help or even listen to me. He blamed me for making the purchase that was miss sold to me and told me it basically wasn’t there problem. I will not be returning to the perfume shop. The fragrance shop can I have my money instead.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Very helpful staff and most importantly, which is why I went to the shop, they recycle your old perfume and aftershave bottles of any brand not just the ones bought from there. You can recycle and get a discount on your next bottle of perfume and then repeat and so on
Friendly and helpful staff despite being very busy.
Staff very pleasant and helpful and sometimes they have some good bargains.
