Took my Grandaughters to use their book tokens they had for Christmas. Sale was on so found some bargains. Staff were very helpful.
The staff here are always lovely and the atmosphere calm. Loads to choose from and good service online and in store
All the books you can think of, and best sellers, but not alot of Audio books, very small selection on the very bottom shelf, not practical, for those of us who have a disability, or are little to old to get on all fours to reach them, polite till server, very helpful
Maybe the store is clean but the cash registers are small, and the cashier almost throws shopping, scanning . He thinks that if he scans faster I will leave the queue faster?! And the cash register nervously gives a sound every second that you have to pay and you still have shopping on the table at the checkout!!!
Lovely shop with excellent customer service, the lady on the till was delightful.
My go-to bookshop. Good selection, no pressure with a relaxed atmosphere, love browsing. Very helpful and nice staff. Always look forward to my visits.
