Previously had to write a poor review but this time around excellent service from ordering on Wednesday to being delivered on Friday morning. Excellent communication from the delivery driver keeping us informed of delivery time. Furniture excellent so will definitely recommend and use again.
Shockingly bad service - first of all the delivery drivers where scruffy and rude...walked mud through the house by not wearing over shoes... No effort to clean up or say sorry. Secondly the stuff was just thrown into the house - not built up or checked! Thirdly we where left to build the very heavy table on our own! forth - the packing was not taken away - it was filthy dirty so had to be thrown outside... Once we got the table up we instantly noticed it was swollen on one side to the point a plate will not sit level. Fast forward to today and after numerous calls and emails and photos we are only offered after a fight a refund or a repair... NO REPLACEMENT! We understand the table is made from oak and is not going to be perfect but swelling due to being incorrectly stored is not acceptable for a £1000 table and chairs. So you are going to be leaving us with the only option which is to return and cancel our finance agreement with you. Please if you are considering using Oak furniture land... do yourself a favor and go elsewhere - they don't want your business and don't care if you have an issue...
Staff absolutely excellent cracking service not pushy leave you to it . Offer you a drink on arrival. Just so pleasant .Delivery came on time 'kept you up to date .and very well packed no damages just fantastic
