Went to visit smyths in wrexham to view some prams with my fiancèe since we are first time parents and had the best help and explanations from a very friendly and helpful gentleman named dan gave us both plenty of help viewing the prams and a lot of knowledge in other areas of becoming/being a parent. Amazing customer service and gave us a hell of a good laugh.

I visit this store twice a week, i find the £1.50 parking charge a bit ridiculous should be free for an hour at least but i gave this store 5 stars because staff here are great and friendly and eager to help a customer. Especially Kim who should get recognition for her excellent customer service to which i have a habbit of interrupting her restocking the shelfs when i visit the store, but kim always has a smile on her face and a awesome happy attitude to help a customer like myself, This makes anyone want to return to a store with friendly staff.Thanks Kim you make a customer feel welcome and comfortable whilst in your store shopping..

Nice kids store with good collections. It is located in island green shopping park. U can access the place from town centre or from bellevue park area. Went to shop a car seat and Mrs Corleina was very helpful and she measured my son’s height and demonstrated different car seats with high patience. Theres a demo car seat which helps us to understand how to fit isofix types. They sell different brands like lego, disney, hot wheels and smyths toys as well..nParking charges £1.50 for 2 hours

Bought a bike for my son on the weekend. All the staff were really helpful, explained the purchase process and made my son very happy! Much better than Halfords

Queued for ages at the one open till. Eventually someone must have shown some common sense and they opened another till. However they told the customers from the back of the queue to go to this till! Ridiculous. When we were eventually served the cashier kept glaring at me and spoke in a very abrupt rude way. Stared at me then rolled her eyes when I said “yes please” when she asked whether we needed a carrier bag. I am always really polite to everyone so it was a shock to encounter someone so hostile from the get go.
