Nice kids store with good collections. It is located in island green shopping park. U can access the place from town centre or from bellevue park area. Went to shop a car seat and Mrs Corleina was very helpful and she measured my son’s height and demonstrated different car seats with high patience. Theres a demo car seat which helps us to understand how to fit isofix types. They sell different brands like lego, disney, hot wheels and smyths toys as well..nParking charges £1.50 for 2 hours

Waited for 20 minutes to be served despite one person only purchasing an Xbox was in front of us. 0 apology for the wait. 5 empty checkouts with no staff serving along the rest of the counter. Very unfriendly and unapologetic member of staff on the till. Very poor experience.

Although I could not find what I was looking for, I was looking for some squashmallow clips/keyrings since Smyths have a lots of squishmallows and different types, I thought they’d carry this and I thought I saw them online too. I entered the store and we asked this young man if he knew if they had them and where and he went everywhere on the store looking for them even looked online and tried to ask someone in the back. He walked around the store with us and was very helpful even offered that he would be able to help me the next day if I was able to find them, he was great, thank you. His name was Tyler, give him a bonus!

Ordered late last night and my order was ready for collection first thing this morning. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

My 11 year old nephew popped into spend his birthday money ,,, after ten mins he came home terribly upset ,, as they threw him out as a member of staff thought he put something in his pocket,, he was asked if he stole anything which he replied no of course not I wouldn’t,,, check my pockets ,, the security guard with glasses on said no ,, now get out ,, it’s on camera ,,,, my        nephew took his coat off and said check ive put nothing in my pocket check ,, obviously my nephew is so upset I ran over to which I was told nothing by staff nothing was taken and nothing untoward was seen on the cctv,,, ,, obviously the staff and wannabe bouncer need retraining in these situations,, our family have spent   thousand in there over the years but won’t be getting a penny off us again ,, obviously this will be taken up with head office aswell
