Has a good returns and pick up system for George and the like. No soft plastics recycling though. Spoke to an employee who said she goes to Sainsbury’s to shop for that reason! I did similar and went over the road to Tesco. So this store is not green in the environment or financial sense.
Ordered quite a few items for Christmas from George, 70% of the order was missing and I had the wrong item given to me as well did have my surname and same code no but obviously put in bag by mistake. The remainder of my order was lost so had to return everything because part of what I received were christmas matching family pj's. I was unable to purchase them again as out of stock! So no matching pjs this year and a few stocking presents missing!
The music in the store is terrible. Too loud. Much too loud for comfort. I might be tempted to shop there more often but for the noise. Do we need music to shop to? Couldn't wait to get out.
Sometimes lacks variety, stuff always out of stock.pick up something showing say half price on shelf ticket and is nearly always full price at check out then you have to wait for a member of staff to go and check.technically it's fraud as a lot of people might not notice as it's put through till
Not a single person on the tills! So a whole trolley i had to scan on self scanner absolute disgraceful, all just stand around doing nothing, mention something and they give you a filthy look, ok while they are endlessly putting the prices through the roof
