Clear social distancing set up An awesome book store. 'Nuff said!
Great selection of books and games. Had both books we were looking for, friendly and helpful staff. Hand sanitizer lined up with the exit but none for entrance. Supposed to be a one way system but unfortunately not adhered to by all.
Easy to follow signs around the shop and where to queue. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me collect my click and collect. She advised me of the current offers and made me feel very welcome.
Great for browsing books. The shop layout is nice and well thought out. I always go to the latest release section, on the left as you enter, and nearly always find a book I later buy on Audible: sorry Waterstones printed books are too cumbersome to carry around!
Asked about a book when I was on holiday in September. It was due out this month, so they saved it and posted it to me. Many thanks for the help.
Not the cheapest place to buy books but definitely the most comfortable. Staffed by lovely people, always polite and helpful and very excited by books.
