Lovely traditional tea room. I was pleased to see that they did a vegan cream tea but they had no coconut cream left. I had the vegan scones which were nice but had to have clotted cream with it instead. I am not vegan but do try to make small changes. Friendly waitress. Good social distancing. Very clean toilets upstairs.
Christmas afternoon tea was amazing. Absolutely delicious and plentiful. Staff are lovely and friendly. Surroundings are delightfully old fashioned. Brilliant experience.
Had a lovely time here for a friend's baby shower. The afternoon tea was scrumptious and the service was attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere too. Thank you for making it such a pleasure to spend the afternoon!

Excellent afternoon tea and a warm welcome. Delightful homemade lemonade and sandwiches. A peaceful cove in the courtyard gardens. Worth the short trek off the main street.
Went there for the first time yesterday, It was my granddaughters 21st Birthday, we had a fabulous afternoon tea, everything was perfect, scones and sponge cake were divine, staff were polite and nothing was to much trouble, would definitely go again.
