Don’t buy a single cookie because the staff will mock you as you walk out. Buying subway cookies is a totally normal thing to do. Staff should be less judgemental.

I usually come to this Subway on my lunch breaks at college. The subs are always great quality, never had a problem with them. The staff are also great here. My order has been memorized by a good majority of the staff here, I often don't even need to say what sub I want when I go in anymore.
Its a good spot but have less seating capacity so keep that in mind while choosing this. And I haven't seen much of a rush that i had seen in other fast food centers in Plymouth.
Always a pleasure popping in for a footlong Italian BMT a tea and a packet of crisps and maybe a bottle of pop too. Always helpful staff and great food. I believe its value for money and with the rewards app you get free sandwiches once you've earned the points mind. Cheers
A nice little restaurant at the top of Plymouth town centre where you can get a choice of great tasting sub rolls in either a six or twelve inch choice of different sub rolls, you can make them up any way you want them with a large choice of different fillings and you can even get them toasted, they also do lots of other snacks and a large choice of different drinks. The place is clean and tidy although i do tend to get electric shocks off their seating when they have the fan switched on in there, but the staff are friendly and courteous so all in all it's a great place to eat and drink.
Great food and good seating. There is a downstairs seating area but you can also go upstairs if you want a more private eating area. Right near the shopping mall so easy to access and the food is of the usual, high subway quality. I have never been unable to order something due to a lack of stock.
Staff struggle to retain order instructions. Repeating it back three times to give the order reiterated incorrectly back three times from the staff of which my husband replied it is not difficult doesn't require staff member to say he was being rude. Retrain staff on customer service and how to competently remember orders else subway may not be for them. Plus cleanliness lacking upstairs
Staff seemed like they didn’t care about what they were doing and could probably do with finding a new job, table sticky and generally not very nice- won’t be going back
Excellent service and helpful staff, great choice of quality food and drinks. Really great choice of subways, everything we fresh and tasty.
