Wow! And wow! A little diamond of a place. Luxury in a big way. I was fair tickled that Fiona and Donnie had thought of everything for their rooms right down to a set of binoculars for an even better view from my window. And I loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Really comfy bed too. Highly recommended ♥️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this top class b and b. Could not fault it and highly recommend a stay here.

Especially if you get the 2nd floor room with the view of the loch. Room is small but comfortable. Donnie and Fiona are fabulous hosts--extremely knowledgable (she's from Ullapool) and relaxed. Terrific breakfasts. Only drawback is that there can be some noise from the ferry dock--but as far as I was concerned that was part of the Ullapool experience.

My wife and I have stayed here twice in the past year and would not consider any other b and b in the village. Simply superb!
